Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack with Care
Carefully place the item in its original packaging with all protective buffers to ensure the delicate handicraft is not damaged during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our artisans inspect the returned item for its original condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
